We felt rushed through the process and we were not given our interest rate until final paperwork was signed. We were lead to believe that because of our outstanding credit rating that we would receive better financing other then 4.69% for 75 months. We subsequently refinanced our loan with Wells Fargo for 72 months at 2.24%. We were also lead to believe that the additional products; such as extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc. were only available in bundles and not individually. This lead us to purchase the top end bundle in order to get the items that we wanted. We are planning to cancel some of the products that we did not want. More

Great sales experience In late August, leased a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Came into the dealership looking for the Grand Cherokee, but after discussion with the sales rep (Cr In late August, leased a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Came into the dealership looking for the Grand Cherokee, but after discussion with the sales rep (Craig Nereim) determined it was simply more expensive then I wanted to pay, considering all the options I wanted. Craig steered me toward the Cherokee instead of the Grand Cherokee. Great car and am very pleased with it. Need to add that if it was not for Craig's perseverance I would probably have shopped elsewhere. He kept in contact with me for a solid week; not being pushy, but asking what he could do for me. Very pleasant man to deal with; and he "knows" the car. When concluded he took a lot of time to go over all the car's features and also introduced me all around the service department. Overall I would rate Craig Nereim as the best overall car sales person I have ever dealt with. I absolutely recommend him and this dealership. More
