It was a snow storm after another weekly this winter. Our car booked with Douglas Infiniti was delayed. When we expressed concerns a couple of times about our old car that may not be able to live through the car booked with Douglas Infiniti was delayed. To our surprise, he arranged a curtsey 4 wheel drive Infinite G25x for us to drive before the delivery of our car. We drove it for 3 weeks that helped our daily work and life. Meantime, it familiarized us with Infinite. After a week of driving, we did not want to go back driving our old car again. The customer service from Douglas Infinite helped us stay with Infinite. We tested driving BMW and liked. We almost acted to go buying a BMW instead during the delay of the car delivery caused by storms. Thanks to Steve! Both sales persons were very knowledgeable about their product line and the available options. Mr. Jackson delivered the vehicle to me my 2011 M37x which I upgraded to from my 2010 G37x which was totaled product line and the available options.
