During our subsequent visit to the dealership(when we bought the car) Cary asked about our family as if he had known them his whole life. He made us feel like we weren't just a customer, but rather like his extended family. When it was time to discuss the numbers, Jamie was also respectful of our needs, courteous and interested in what we had to say.
