It took someone with the will, the judgment, the intelligence, the expertise, AND the understanding to address this issue in the easiest & most proper fashion. & that could only have come from one person I know. I drove 5 hours (from Auburn, NY)to purchase a BMW 335i xDrive. Ken Beam said the car was flawless. He sent me a personalized video of the car inside and out. It was the kind of experience that you think you deserve but never seem to get. They were perfect! No negative surprises. They did everything they said they would AND MORE! They truly treated us like family. Every day I realize what a great deal I got. I am very thankful too. I will buy my vehicles from them from now on. It is well worth the drive! More

On the day of my pickup I was in and out within about 90 minutes. The service center, showroom, and waiting area are extremely clean and well kept and they even have tasty snacks and drinks to munch on while you wait! I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone and am excited to working with them beyond the duration of this lease! More
