It is easy to say nice things about a dealership and its employees when every thing goes according to the book but the true test is when a problem occurs. This was undoubtedly the best car purchase experience that I have ever had ( and I am no youngster). All staff were professional and friendly. Down to earth without any pretenses. Worked personally with Steve Sokol who simply is a great guy. Highly patient with my wife and I who deliberated over a specific model over months. He knew the car inside out. In fact, following purchase Steve gave us terrific instruction on how to operate all the features. Jamie Fishbane, the sales manager, was also wonderful. So easy to work with. Lastly, this dealership allowed us to borrow a car for a weekend. This sealed the deal, as my wife and I were able to " get to know the car" more thoroughly than through a limited test drive. In short, you can't beat the experience that we had. And I am not one who is easily pleased. This is the place to buy your Infiniti! More

I went to couple of different dealers and they all gave me different prices on infiniti but douglas gave the lowest price and the best service. Allan knew exaclty what he was talking about and gave me a g me different prices on infiniti but douglas gave the lowest price and the best service.
