Jacob was extremely professional on the phone with me and scheduled my appointment, I also requested an oil change and explained my concerns regarding my previous oil change. Within 30 minutes he was back to me letting me know that there would be no charge for the oil change, I was extremely grateful that this occurred as it really shows that Doug’s really cares about their customers and that Jacob is a very valuable part of their team. I love my Mazda and very much appreciate Doug’s. More

Service on my 2000 Sonata I scheduled service online for my car but when I got there I wasn’t in their computer. I had my confirmation and showed it to them, although they would have fit me in. I have been bringing my car in since I bought it from Doug’s 17 years ago and this had never happened. I was a little upset and Eric calmed me down and talked me through what was wrong with my car so the Service department could understand it. They went through it and let me know what they found before they did the work. As soon as I drove it off the lot I could tell how much better it ran......and they wash your car and vacuum it! I can’t say enough good about this service department. More
