It was super easy to schedule it over the phone, they were waiting for me at the scheduled time, and the service took exactly as long as the said it would (maybe 10 minutes quicker, which is awesome). They also vacuumed my car and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. The only thing that I would recommend is adding another comfy chair to the waiting area, and maybe a vending machine with beverages and snacks. More

We set up a time and he was more than prepared when I arrived. The vehicle was out front and ready. He was well versed in the specifics that particular model. He both offered information as well as asked me questions. We flew through the paperwork and pretty soon my new car washed and ready to go. He even helped me make arrangements to have the rental car picked up from the dealership so I didn't have to deal with it. Overall a great experience. More
