One of the most effortless transactions I have done that I can actually remember. I just felt welcomed from the moment I drove on the lot. I have had only gone through the process of a new car once before when I was first out of college and would not wish that on anyone. Also I was witness to the nightmare my parents used to go through on car buying days in the past when I was a kid. I picked up a 2013 Elantra GLS, and could not be happier. When you are pre-approved, this makes going to the grocery store for food look hard. I showed up on the lot, walked out picked out the color I wanted and it was sent to detail. The longest part of the wait was for them to evaluate my trade in. I was at the dealer for a total of 1 hour and 45 min from start to finish. This included all paperwork(but I had already filled it out on-line prior to arriving, all I had to do was sign it), the time it took to appraise my trade, detail my new car for delivery and the 30 min they spent going over every feature on the car as well as the warranty information. You owe it to yourself if you are in the market for a new car to head here first, you will not be disappointed. More

When I test drove a used vehicle from Doug's Hyundai,I really liked the vehicle but noted a couple issues with the vehicle. My sales person Vila Lind and manager Kyu Yoo both worked with me, taking care really liked the vehicle but noted a couple issues with the vehicle. We went in to purchase a 2013 sonata after some research online and test drives of other mid size sedans. However, after one test drive of the Sonata we asked to come down only 1800 on the price and were to online and test drives of other mid size sedans. However, after one test drive of the Sonata we asked to come down only 1800 on the price and were told " to look elsewhere" by the salesman and manager. We were willing to negotiate the price and little did they know we could pay cash, but because of the way we treated and brushed off to look elsewhere we happily did look elsewhere. We bought a brand new 2013 Sonata at another Hyundai seattle location for a better price and better service. Sorry Doug's Hyundai maybe you should " keep looking" for other customers willing to be treated like chumps. More

The experience I had at Doug's Lynnwood Hyundai today was fantastic. Sunny is very friendly, upbeat and most importantly her knowledge of the auto purchasing process is top notch. She took the time to show me all it had to offer, laying the brickwork and allowing me to make the informed decision without pressure. Once I made the decision to purchase, the paperwork process was so easy and amazingly quick. When the paperwork was completed, Sunny was there to walk me to my new car, walking me around it, making sure I was familiar with all aspects and even taking the time to set my phone up to the cars hands free. When I drove away from Doug’s Lynnwood Hyundai in my new Veloster I knew I had made a great decision. I have only been driving the car for a day and look forward to many more days of driving this fun auto. In comparing today’s purchase of my Hyundai Veloster to past auto purchases I have made I can only say, “Thank you Sunny, you are awesome ... and thank you Doug’s Lynnwood Hyundai”. I would highly recommend Doug’s Lynnwood Hyundai to all my friends and family. More

One week later. They were able to get me the deal of the century and drive away in a vehicle I had only dreamed about having. I took a chance walking in and walked out with the upmost confidence in all of them. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing these guys if you want the best costomer service, no pressure and confidence that you are going to get the best deal. They will do all that, plus some. Drove around Lynnwood, jumping from dealership to dealership looking for a used car with a good deal. We got a GREAT deal!
