I purchased my first car here at Hyundai. Honestly I have tried many other different dealerships in Bellevue and Lynnwood area but was unsatisfied with their customer service and price deals! I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Doug's Hyundai. On a spur of the moment impulse, I stopped in to get a brochure for a Hyundai Tuscan to compare with a few other vehicles I had in mi Doug's Hyundai. On a spur of the moment impulse, I stopped in to get a brochure for a Hyundai Tuscan to compare with a few other vehicles I had in mind while driving home from work one day,and was greeted by Farid. I explained to him I was "simply looking", getting ideas of what I would like for my future car and that I wasn't really planning on purchasing anything until sometime around July/August. When I told him I was looking at the Tuscan, he took me over to where they were and showed me what the options were, what was standard, showed me the interior so I could get a feel for the amount of overall room I would have and even got to test drive one right then and there. It was great and of course I fell in love with it. Farid asked me what it would take for me to drive it home tonight and I told him what I had and what I was able to work with in terms of monthly payments. He didn't push in anyway to get me to buy the vehicle that day, but wanted to at least let me see what I would be looking at with what I had to offer as far as my trade in, down payment and interest rate. Well, needless to say, everyone met my needs. I got a brand new 2013 Silver Hyundai Tuscan GLS for less that $400 a month with an unbeatable interest rate. When we test drove the sales person never introduced her self. After test drove a Nissan titan and had negotiated a price that initially we turned down. We were getting ready to head out the door and got a call that the General sales manager said that he would no longer sell the truck less than their sticker price. Integrity is not in the vocabulary of this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. More
