We came into Doug's after looking at several used cars dealerships and having bad experiences with them. Upon driving onto the lot, we were greated by Brent and were not pushed one way or another. The following day, we were ready to seriously look at a Sonata. Leo was great, and not pushy at all. He patiently explained several options on various versions of the Sonata, and in the end, we were able to make a deal. The Sonata is what I was interested in, and I knew it was a bit more than I could afford, so Farid asked me what I can afford, and he and his manager gave me the car for even less than my maximum amount I was willing to spend. The even bigger shocker, was that I got the new Sonata Limited with the premium package for less than the Mazda3 I was also considering getting! They made me an offer I couldn't refuse, so I bought the car right then and there. These guys are very friendly, and even better, they will wash your car for you at the dealership any time for free. Just stop by and be willing to wait 15 to 20 minutes, and they will take care of you, no appointment necessary. More
