MY WIFE'S SIGNATURE WAS FORGED AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! For an extended warranty contract and who knows what else, when I complained not even an apology received, we asked for the Corporate Office to call For an extended warranty contract and who knows what else, when I complained not even an apology received, we asked for the Corporate Office to call us with an explanation and it has been over a month and no one has contacted us. We trusted this people, we bought 2 cars from them, we send them referrals because it was "the best purchase experience with no hassle" (thanks God they did not buy) yeah, no hassle but full of felonies. Even in my case, the Finance guy told me that it was a condition from Hyundai Financing to finance my second car, that I had to sign one of those extended warranty contracts and I did it trusting them. Then when I was reading the documentation it is very explicit that the warranties are not sold as conditions to obtain financing. Now we are going to file the complaint with the WA Attorney General's office and also we are going to file a Police Report, we do not know if my wife's identity is being used somewhere else for who knows what. One more time, STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR ID SAFE!!!!!!!!!!! More

Ray was awesome, and these guys were great. After having major issues at a dealership up the street, these guys were super friendly and took care of me. I almost couldn't get the financing I needed because of this, but Ray and Troy took the time to find me a bank that got me a great rate anyway. I will definitely go back and recommend everyone I know check these guys out if they are looking for a car. More

I was recently down on my luck and had some issues with a car that i bought about a year ago from (redacted) just down the street from dougs. I decided to try my luck with another dealership just before i came here and they seriously undercut me with what i wanted to get for my car so i decided to leave and go check out a few hyundais so we roll up to the lot at about 8:45 before they were even open. A friend and I were instantly greeted by a gentlemen name Ray Wilkerson, who is a salesman there. I explained my situation to him and he was more than happy to help me, we walked around the lot and kicked a few tires and unfortunately i couldnt find anything i liked. I thought we were out of options when he decided to show me a brand new hyundai accent that just came up from oregon. I test drove it and instantly fell in love with it. for an economy car its actually got the nicest interior ive ever been in. The finance manager worked his magic with my car and gave me a surprisingly good amount for my car and rolled over the negative equity on the new loan, still came out with a decent payment and a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. In short, i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car, hyundai and its dealers have really stepped up their game in the past few years More
