This turned out to be very true. I dreaded trading in my car I had driven for 12 years, and the thought of a car payment was very scary. Vila was very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process, and went above and beyond in eveything that transpired during that day. And even before I met her in person, we chatted over the phone a few times to get things started.
