I loved my last hyundai, and wanted to get another one. I started working with Shane, and he immediatley put me at ease. I told him my budget and preferences, and he actually listened! He ONLY showed me vehicles within my budget, and never made me feel like I was not competent like a lot of salesman do to women. I did not find the exact car I want, but Shane is on the lookout for what I am looking for and I plan to wait until I can buy from him to upgrade my car. I am a customer for life. More

We originally went in to check out their options regarding a fully loaded santa fe 14. I couldn't analyze any cons i would hold against him. I'm one of the most neurotic people i know. After the initial visit we leave to check out OTHER dealerships and this is where i became pissed off. Every single one we met instantly hands us water and chips then pushes us into a car we aren't remotely interested in or has the communication skills of 12 year old seeing candy he/she wants. GOING BACk to larry at doug's i felt the same hospitality and respect i feel atleast my mother deserves. We sit down, he conversates his ideas and if you seem unsure regarding something (EVEN IF THEY LOSE MONEY-possible con but the numbers don't crank out to extremes where you can guarantee something is fishy.) He wrote down in simple terms what he was talking about and only would talk about it if we AGREED ON UNDERSTANDING...i mean wow, in that situation he could have conned us into who knows where but he didnt. Awesome Experince with Vila and Doug's Hyundai Vila and Doug's Hyundai provided me with the up most service and great experince I have ever had at a dealership buying a new car. I started looking Vila and Doug's Hyundai provided me with the up most service and great experince I have ever had at a dealership buying a new car. I started looking a the Hyundai Genesis in mid year 2013. I contacted Vila in July of 2013 that I was interest in the new 2015 Genesis. I knew the car would not be on the lots until late spring of 2014. Vila, however kept in contact with me via e-mail sending information on the Genesis and kept me up to-data and the status of the Genesis. I received a phone call from Vila early in May 2014 that the 2015 Genesis had come in and come on in and take a look. A week later I drove to Doug's Hyundai and as luck would have it Vila was standing just out side the front door were I parked. We test drove two cars, decided on what I wanted and they found the car that was perfect for me. They went the extra mile for me to get the car that was located at another dealership. If you are looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend you go to Doug's Hyundai and see Vila for a great buying experince. More

She helped me set realistic goals as to what cars would be functional while also meeting the needs of what I personally like in a car. I usually have problems with feeling like another sales person is trying to send me home with a car that I don't need and get their money but I have never felt more comfortable in a dealership as I did with Vila at Doug's Hyundai. Could Not Have Been Happier--Larry Deserves a Raise ;) This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle, and needless to say, I was concerned with all I have heard about dealerships--that sales people are This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle, and needless to say, I was concerned with all I have heard about dealerships--that sales people are pushy, put hidden fees in the financing, you spend hours of your life making it feel like an eternity and that you are selling your soul or first born child. THIS WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE, AND LARRY TOOK WONDERFUL CARE OF ME. Shane was great on the phone, but was ill when I came in to test drive the vehicle, so Larry was my contact in the dealership. I could not be more impressed or write a more glowing review for this gentleman. He was very low pressure, well-informed, expiditious (it only took three hours total from walking in the door, test driving, working the deal, getting financed and back out the door). He is friendly, and very obviously has been doing this a good amount of time; he had it down to an artform. Though it is not a "no dicker-sticker dealership," it felt very no-nonsense, which is exactly what I was looking for. He got me a great deal, and I couldn't be happier with the friendliness of all the staff, including Troy who helped complete the financing. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. Great used-car buying experience I found the exact used car I wanted online at Doug's Hyundai and decided to leave my name and email address. The very next morning by 9:30 a.m. Vila I found the exact used car I wanted online at Doug's Hyundai and decided to leave my name and email address. The very next morning by 9:30 a.m. Vila Lind from Doug's emailed me to say the car was still in stock. I decided to go over immediately. Vila showed me the car in a friendly, no-pressure way, and took me out for a test drive. She patiently worked thru multiple financing scenarios and found me just the deal I wanted. Doug's gave me a fair trade-in value on my extremely well used car (18 years old, 3 kids and 3 dogs worth of well used car). I also got the internet price on the Subaru (an Impreza for my daughter to take to graduate school in upstate New York). Vila has been selling cars and helping customers like me since 1971 - she was one of the first woman to work for GM following affirmative action. Warm and friendly, knowledgeable and low key, I recommend her highly. Doug's was a great place to buy a used car - now if I could just get it away from my son, who simply loves it! More
