And get this - I'm actually looking forward to dealing with them for service and then resigning another lease with them 36 months from now. They aren't the closest Hyundai dealer to me in Seattle, but they are clearly the best. (I called another place and they were not very good on the phone at all. He was patient and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We entered Doug's lot with the intentions of just looking at vehicle options available to us and left with a vehicle we loved, with little to no hassle. More

I'm not very car savvy and was initially intimidated to go to a dealership because I didn't want to get hounded by sales people. When I arrived Eric approached me and asked me if I needed help. I told him that I was looking for a new car but I didn't know exactly what kind yet. He told me that wasn't a problem and asked me a couple questions to narrow my search options. Eric was very friendly and helpful. I didn't seem to mind answering all my questions and was very patient with my lack of knowledge regarding automobiles. Honestly, I felt like I was just hangout with a friend. He's really energetic and funny and I actually enjoyed my time at the dealership! I had a great experience at Hyundai and will definitely recommend this dealership (and Eric!) to friends and family. More

I'm glad I did; Vila was very courteous and helpful. I knew what I wanted, and they didn't try to push me too hard for stuff I didn't need or wasn't interested in. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and for the new car itself. The finance guy, Troy did sell me on the warranty but 10 years bumper to bumper is a nice safety net. I didn't have some of my paperwork on hand for my trade-in, but they worked with me anyways and made it very easy. Thanks! More
