She is very thoughtful and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, ( new and used ) and is well respected at her dealership. I would definitely buy another car from her. More

I left happy I bought the car I wanted! Essentially everyone I worked with went out of their way to make me happy and get this car the night I bought it. Too bad I had to go through a hassle because of the sales manager who sent this particular car to Everett Sun night 08/30 even though he was told I was coming it to buy it on Mon 08/31. He didn't care, he let Everett take the car and then he left on vacation. Bill, Brianna and Q went out of their way to get this car back so I could buy it just like I told them I would. I had been working with Bill and Brianna via phone, email and text about this particular car I wanted for 8-10 days. I know for a fact the sales manager knew I wanted to buy that particular car because I was supposed to come in on 08/30 but had to reschedule with Bill for 08/31 and he questioned Bill about me on Sunday. I was very fortunate that Bill, Brianna and Q were very professional and worked with me, got the car back and made me a happy customer. I will recommend Lynnwood Hyundai and especially Bill and Brianna and Q. Without the three of them you would have lost a sale and a customer because of the sales manager who did't seem to care at all and thought it was ok to let Everett take a car off the lot knowing the whole time I was coming in to buy it the very next day. Wish I knew the sales manager's name,but I don't. Hopefully this will not happen again to a potential customer. More

First we were allowed to look at the car on our own time, with Larry respectfully and patiently awaiting for us to ask our questions while giving us space. We closed on the deal without the usual lengthy bargaining on the price, to our relief. Sunny made the paperwork side of the purchase a most pleasant time - efficient, organized, to the point, no extra gimmicks. What a liberating feeling to go make a substantial purchase and realize that instead of dreading the experience, we actually had fun, got a good deal and a great car!!! I really hope they'll have our next vehicle - we'd love to buy from them again. More
