Beyond Expectations In the last 30 years I've purchased a number of new cars. I contacted this dealership with the expectation of an arduous ordeal. The treatment I received could be compared to that of staying at a fine resort. Everybody was gracious and friendly. I felt pampered. Everything was explained thoroughly and openly. I'm looking forward to going in and replacing my wife's aging Tahoe in the near future. Doug's is a truly exceptional dealership, one which I wholeheartedly recommend. More

Challenging purchase of a used car In late August of 2015 I was with my daughter to help her find a used car that was reliable and relatively inexpensive. After showing us the only car In late August of 2015 I was with my daughter to help her find a used car that was reliable and relatively inexpensive. After showing us the only car on the lot that met that criteria, we discovered that the hood latch didn't work, but other than that, the KIA met the requirements, so we moved forward with the purchase. They told us that we could bring it back in to repair the hood release. After driving it a few short distances (less than 10 miles) my daughter experienced an uncontrolled revving of the engine and she had it stall on her twice. When we talked to Vila (salesperson) and Young (Store Manager) and they asked us to bring it back in and they would check it out. My daughter was pretty adamant that she could not trust the car. Young & Vila were extremely understanding and after several other conversations, Young said that my daughter could hold on to the service loaner until they found another car that would meet the required criteria. Young said he wasn't sure how long it would take but that he wanted to take care of her in this situation. Young and Vila were very accommodating, and it ended up taking more than 2 months to find a car. This was over-the-top customer service. They did everything in their power to deliver what they promised. I would highly recommend this dealership to any new or used car purchases. I actually purchased a new Hyundai in 2012 from Doug's and was extremely satisfied with the experience. More

Found a KIA Sedona on cars.com that they had on their lot but we live two hour drive away. I got as much information about the van as I could from their website, then called them. I worked with Roberto. He took me around the van via cell phone, read off the maintenance reports in the glove box, pushed buttons and turned knobs to see that they worked and messaged a photo of a small door ding. A couple days later we went down to Lynnwood to look at it...did a "I'm in no hurry to get back to the dealership" test drive...and we bought it. Highly recommend. More
