I explained I needed a new car so I decided to give Hyundai a go because of their unbeatable warranty. I went to Doug's and was greeted by Crystal. I explained my situation and showed her pictures of cars I was interested in that I printed from the website. We talked about what I wanted in a car and she took me to the car that met my criteria from those that I had chosen from the website. We did a test drive, I spoke to the manager about financing and drove out with a new car. There was no hard sell, rush to sell or push to sell me a vehicle that was out of my budget. The entire experience was seamless and comfortable. If I'm ever in the market for another Hyundai, I'd definitely go there. More
