First time car buying experience! Yohan at Doug's was so kind, patient, and willing to explain things and let me think through options! After having a horrible experience at another dealership, I came to Doug's Hyundai on recommendation of the Costco auto program. Within minutes of applying Yohan Bong gave me a call and asked if I wanted to I came to Doug's Hyundai on recommendation of the Costco auto program. Within minutes of applying Yohan Bong gave me a call and asked if I wanted to come down and see the Hyundai Kona I was interested in. Unfortunately I had gotten bogged down at work and had to put it off for a week, but what I really appreciated was that he only sent another email a few days later checking in rather than inundating me with calls. When I called him a week later ready to come in, the whole process was amazingly smooth and painless. I went in not sure if I wanted the Limited or Unlimited, and Yohan ran me through all the differences between the two trim packages without trying to influence me one way or the other. Yohan was also helpful in finding a car that offered the most rebates. I work in banking so I wanted to run all the numbers myself, and he very patiently waited on me while I calculated my payments, monthly budget, etc. I had the same experience with the finance manager David Suy. He ran through all the numbers with me, the pros and cons of all the warranty and service packages, and found a mix of options that gave me the most value that still fit within my monthly budget. If you're looking for a new car and are afraid of a high pressure sales environment, or need someone to walk you through all the options, I recommend Doug's Hyundai whole heartedly! More
Unfortunately the rating for Doug's went from a 5 to a 0 very quickly. The sales person was very helpful and I felt like he was honest and sincere, but once I hit the finance dept, I was pressured and lied very quickly. I was told by Sunny in Finance that I would get a copy of everything I signed, but when I got home to read up on the theft deterent charge I was required to pay $399 for, there was nothing in my paperwork packet. I've contacted Doug's 3 times trying to get copies of these papers, and an explanation of exactly what this is, but no one seems to be able to give me an answer. Is this what you call a dealerships hidden fees in a contract? At this point I'm frustrated, and definitely would not recommend this dealership! More

The sales experience was excellent. The car we were interested in was ready for us to test drive when we arrived. The level of trust was high right from the start and Yohan was easy to work with.
