Top notch sales staffs and ease of purchasing. I have purchased total of 6 out of 10 cars through Doug's Hyundai since 2014, and every time, friendly interactions with the sale rep, manager and fi I have purchased total of 6 out of 10 cars through Doug's Hyundai since 2014, and every time, friendly interactions with the sale rep, manager and finance. Yes, you do have to negotiate on pricing, but it's never been more than 2 trips to the manager. After the 5th car purchase through Doug's, I thought it would be awhile before needing another; however, I ended up returning a month later to purchase another car from Doug's, a 2020 Kona Ultimate. This car took awhile to locate, but after inspection and detailing I was given a price that was too hard to say NO. Want to thank Jeremy and his management team for finding a nice used and also getting me an awesome price on it. Definitely coming back. More

We loved the car and how thoroughly Eric, our sales person, went through all the buttons, bells and whistles of the beautiful car. We felt like all details were explained and elements of warranty's were openly described in detail. Though the dealership was incredibly busy (it was a Saturday), we felt like we mattered as customers and the sales people worked as quickly as possible. The market for Palisades is challenging and Doug's dealership had 4 new to choose from, Eric told us they sell the most in the PNW so they tend to get the most Palisades into their dealership. I bought a car 2 months ago. The transmission died. I had it towed, and the mechanic said that it was negligent to sell me a car with an obviously defective transmission. I went in and the used car manager came out guns blazing, unwilling to even entertain a conversation with me about a remedy. He was very rude and unprofessional and flat out walked away before the conversation was resolved. He said that the 2000 miles I’ve put on it caused these problems. He claimed to be the general manager and couldn’t offer me anyone to talk to above him. I have never experienced such poor customer service skills and such little understanding from another human being. I will never go here again. They won’t be doing my repair. They don’t deserve any money. Not another dime. This is all after I’ve spent two months trying to get them to repair a dent (more than happy to pay for it), and no one would even talk to me. I feel so violated and hustled. They sold a defective and unsafe vehicle. And refused to even admit it let alone help. My mechanic is appalled they sold this car to anyone. More

Yohan is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient to discuss cars that I was interested in. Also, he was considerate while I did test driving. When I drove, he gave adequate information on a car by seeing my driving and traffic. I sensed Yohan thought my time was important because he prepared/confirmed stuff with me before the meeting and was on time. Yohan fluently speaks in English and Korean.
