Good price, poor customer handling The sales part was overall OK. Problem is that they sold me a NEW car with damages on the interior. After I noticed (less than 1 day from pick up) I w The sales part was overall OK. Problem is that they sold me a NEW car with damages on the interior. After I noticed (less than 1 day from pick up) I wrote an email with photos of the damage to 3 employees, 2 of which managers. Nobody called me back or responded, I had to contact them to have things moving. Then I had to travel back to their office to show live the damage, and they agreed to repair (I always said to everyone I talked to "your repair must be as new, since I paid for a new car"). I had to bring again the car to them to have it fixed, and went back to pick it up (they provided a replacement car, smaller than my SUV, the only available..) The biggest damage was repaired "as new" -substitute the part- but the smallest, paint damage, solved poorly (covered with paint pen). I complained but management took it very unprofessionally (i.e. let me wait, proposed absurd option like "unwind" the deal - why didn't they propose earlier? but just when I'm almost getting the car registered/licensed?). They promised to come back to me after talking to the GM but I'm still waiting the call... In all this process NO manager ever called me even to apologize or compensate for my 4 travels of 30 miles each. Yes, they filled up my car's tank at last pick up after the -almost- fix, but I had to leave office earlier 3 times to take the car back and forth for a problem I didn't want and paid for, the car was supposed to be NEW! I chose Hyundai for a past experience and the final price, if I have to do it again, I'm not so sure. More

Fantastic experience start to finish I originally went to test drive the Genesis G90 because they were one of the only dealers in the area to receive them and had one in stock. When my I originally went to test drive the Genesis G90 because they were one of the only dealers in the area to receive them and had one in stock. When my husband and I got there we were greeted by Chris, who is certified and trained to show the G90. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. After test driving the car and listening to my wants/needs and my husband's desire to not buy new, Chris got us into a barely used k900 with only 5000 miles. The car is everything I wanted in the g90 but at a price my husband can live with. My husband went into negotiations expecting to have to haggle hard. We were very happy with how easy they were to work with. The price was fair, the price they gave on our trade was fair, they didn't use high pressure tactics on the protection plans, and the sales manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend buying a car from them. They've earned our loyalty. More
