In the search for a different car, we looked online at Doug Smith's inventory, and found a couple cars that we wanted to look at and test drive. My wife had some time after work, and went down to look at Doug Smith's inventory, and found a couple cars that we wanted to look at and test drive. They test drove all of the cars, and she found one to her liking. The price of the car was decent, well within the NADA Blue Book, and the amount they were willing to give us for our trade in was acceptable. (Actually, they offered us $1000 more for our trade than any other dealership had.) I went straight to the dealership after work and they had all the paperwork ready to sign and my wife, who is a stickler for customer service, was extremely pleased with the whole process.
