when I have bought cars in the past it was a very bad experience so this time around I was really nervous about it. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range. he did not haggle me or try to negotiate for more, in fact he did the complete opposite and got my payments as low as he could. at no point did I ever feel pressure to buy the car that day, and because of that, I did! In the search for a different car, we looked online at Doug Smith's inventory, and found a couple cars that we wanted to look at and test drive. They test drove all of the cars, and she found one to her liking. The price of the car was decent, well within the NADA Blue Book, and the amount they were willing to give us for our trade in was acceptable. (Actually, they offered us $1000 more for our trade than any other dealership had.) I went straight to the dealership after work and they had all the paperwork ready to sign and my wife, who is a stickler for customer service, was extremely pleased with the whole process.
