A real rare find and a real pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough positive things about working with them. They were up front and honest from start to finish, their deep discounted advertised price did not require any pre-qualification/s and no games at all. I would also give them an A+ on trade-in value. Since Covid finding dealers like this is almost impossible anymore. More

I had been searching for a car with a highly competitive market and had walked away from countless dealerships who gave me the sales pitch without heeding my side of the equation. Paul, Joe & Reece at Doug Smith exceeded all of my expectations and then some. If you’re looking for good, honest, hard-working car salesman who are out to make lifelong customers as opposed to squeezing every penny out of a deal this is where I recommend you start. This team earned my respect professionally and ethically and so long as I am in the area they’ll be my first stop when car shopping. The story: I spent 5 years eyeing Honda Pilots. They can be hard to negotiate on because they sell so fast and often at asking price; especially with a clean record & spotless service history. I set my financial goals ahead of time and was expecting to be turned down again but the guys at Doug Smith did everything possible to close the gap and make the deal work. I ended up with a pristine 1-owner Honda Plot Elite with a perfectly maintained service record at the exact price I was looking for. I have developed a very good understanding of the market for this vehicle and they easily could have turned me away and sold this car for asking price within days (I had seen two similar cars disappear that week from other lots who refused to negotiate with me). Toyota in Murray, UT actually turned me away when I showed up with a rep from one of their sister stores (they’re supposed to have access across lots but we were refused because they knew the car would be a quick sell; and it was). The team at Doug Smith could have gotten a higher price out of this car, absolutely no question. It had just arrived on their lot that day. But instead, they aimed for making a loyal customer and now I’ll send everyone I can in their direction with a crystal clear conscience. More
Sales Mgr Jecel thinks its ok to tell customers to " go F#* K themselves. I was looking at a vehicle and asked about Chrysler financing interest rates so I could get the incentives, salesman told me "I F#* K themselves. I was looking at a vehicle and asked about Chrysler financing interest rates so I could get the incentives, salesman told me "I talked to my manager and if you do finance through Macu you would get the incentive discount." Next time I spoke to him to get a buyers order to take to Macu he told me I wouldn't get the incentives. (After talking to the GM I realized the salesman did not explain that well) I told the salesman to quit playing games and just get me a OTD price or don't waste my time. He asked me to call his sales Mgr Jecel, I spoke with Jecel who promptly told me "it says online you have to finance through us to get the incentives, you aren't going to buy the car so go xxxx yourself, yeah go xxxx yourself" and then hung up on me. (I told you guys from the start how much I wanted to pay and if you couldn't do it, no problem we can part ways, yet you guys bugged me again promising a lower price and then get rude with me when I don't want to pay the payment I already told you I wasn't interested in.) He was so impressed with his humble, honest help that I went to Marcos to purchase my Rubicon. I had such a good experience with him that my brother went to Marcos to purchase a Wrangle Sahara. I would highly recommend Marcos to anyone interested in purchasing a car at Doug Smith - Spanish Fork! The other staff (Joey & Hunter) were exceptionally efficient and helpful while being totally upfront and honest. I can't say enough good about these folks! More

found my dream 3500 Laramie on line after requesting more info was contacted by marcos from the dealership.
