They let you drive the car alone, scroll through cars online or in the lot alone, and check in periodically to see if you need anything. While I am only a few days into my purchase, if you know what you are looking for and ask the right questions, you shouldn't have any issues. Nate helped us when we arrived until we left and him along with the entire team made the car buying process seamless. It was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle.
