When I had a question and wanted to drive one of the cars I headed to the showroom .... before I got there Michael Kay met me outside. Get got the keys for the SUV that I was interested in and I took it for a drive. I liked it so we sat down to work out a deal ... it was effortless and pleasant. Sharon Holst (finance) was next and she was just a nice to talk to and professional as Michael. We purchased a nice SUV at a good price and left very pleased. Fraudulent claim Made an appointment to come see a car at DOUG JUSTUS. Since I live halfway across TN, I wanted to make sure my trip was not in vain. Low and behold, t Made an appointment to come see a car at DOUG JUSTUS. Since I live halfway across TN, I wanted to make sure my trip was not in vain. Low and behold, they had sold the car before my appointment time and no word to me to let me know that the trip was wasted, so I drove all that way for nothing. Do people a favor and try not to be the stereotypical sleazy car sales people. It’s fraudulent to offer reservations then not honor that system. If you don’t want to be perceived as crooked, don’t act shady in your dealings. I will make sure I tell everyone I know NOT to deal with DOUG JUSTUS AUTO! More
