GREAT EXPERIENCE I have always dreaded buying a vehicle. I do not like to deal with the typical pushy car sales person. I knew I wanted to surprise my husband with a Chevrolet Silverado and wanted to handle the pricing and car shipping on line. Very few car dealers were willing to do this. Most of the dealerships would not give me information on-line. They insisted that I come into the dealership and talk with them before they would give me any information. However, my experience with Doug Henry Chevrolet in Tarboro was nothing like my previous car buying experiences. My sales person, Jared Price, was very pleasant and spent a lot of time e-mailing me all the information I requested. He and I agreed to the pricing on all of the trucks I was interested in before I ever visited the dealership. Even when I visited the dealership Jared did not try to pressure me to buy a vehicle. Everyone that I talked with at Doug Henry Chevrolet treated me the same way. I also sold one of my vehicles to Doug Henry Chevrolet a few day after I bought the truck. That experience was pleasant also. No pressure and they gave me a fair price. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a used or new vehicle visit Doug Henry Chevrolet. There was no pressure to purchase, and the "No Haggle" policy they have is great although it was hard to believe that we didn't have to go back and forth several times before reaching an agreement!
