Poor customer service and RUDE You may get an average deal up front, but their customer service and friendliness is shockingly horrible. My wife and I had a small issue with a carfax error that they refused to solve for over 6 months. We would have to call them and each time it was like we were calling for the first time. I even sent text messages to one of the salesman asking him 2-3 times each month for the progress of the fix. Finally, we decided to contact another dealer and they solved it in two days. The dealer explained how sad it is to have people that act like this in the same auto business as them. I could not agree more! Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere! More
