I originaly had my vechile serviced from Karz in Pulaski and Bob was my service representative. When Karz closed I ended up at Dorsch because of Bob. I am in field service work so I put on a lot of mileage on my vechile. Bob knows when my vehicle is in for service and what is needed. With the great service and knowledge I receive from Bob my 2003 Ford E250 van will be hitting the 184,000 mile mark within the next 1 month. Bob knows when my vehicle is in for service it better be leaving in tip top shape. Everything needs to be looked at even if it is only in for an oil change. With the great service and knowledge I receive from Bob my 2003 Ford Explorer will be hitting the 300,000 mile mark within the next 2-3 months.
