As a recent transplant to Wisconsin, I decided to try Dorsch; the service at Dorsch was impeccable. I had poor quality of service for my last oil change at Russ Darrow in Appleton. I originaly had my vechile serviced from Karz in Pulaski and Bob was my service representative. When Karz closed I ended up at Dorsch because of Bob. I am in field service work so I put on a lot of mileage on my vechile. Bob knows when my vehicle is in for service and what is needed. With the great service and knowledge I receive from Bob my 2003 Ford E250 van will be hitting the 184,000 mile mark within the next 1 month. With the great service and knowledge I receive from Bob my 2003 Ford Explorer will be hitting the 300,000 mile mark within the next 2-3 months. I purchased my Ford Fusion at another Ford Dealership about 2 hours away from where I live near Green Bay.
