I purchased my Ford Fusion at another Ford Dealership about 2 hours away from where I live near Green Bay. I traveled there whenever I needed something done to my vehicle, but the 2 hour drive was time-c about 2 hours away from where I live near Green Bay. I was very happy with the service I received and my Service Advisor, Bob Nuthals. I most definitely will be coming here again for any future service on my Ford Fusion. More

Usually when my car needs work I am hesitant to bring it to a dealership, but new to the area, I thought I'd give Dorsch a try. Shane Smith was the main person I had interaction with. Went for an oil change on my Kia. Greeted promptly and was in and out with no problems. Bob was very friendly as always, gave me a good rundown of my cars analysis. Excellent experience. I have purchased over 5 vehicles from them over the years and have not had a complaint yet. Bob has always been very helpful when it comes to repairs for our vehicles. He understands that we have several vehicles to maintain, so if a repair is not necessary at this time he will tell us about it; b for our vehicles. He goes the extra mile to try to diagnosis the problem and make sure it it taken care of as reasonably as possible and in a timely manner. It is really important to me to trust the person I bring my car to for repairs. I believe we have established a business, but also a friendship relationship with Bob. I trust Bob utmost in the critical issues regarding the repairs needed for my/our vehicles. More

I hav worked with this dealership for at least 3 years. Bob Nuthals, service manager has always been very helpful and looks out for the customer. I had to have major work done and while in the process the Bob Nuthals, service manager has always been very helpful and looks out for the customer. I had to have major work done and while in the process they found out I needed to have brake work done also. Bob came out and explained it would be expensive and explained the extra amount of time and cost. At that time I could not afford to have both done. He told me the brake work could be done at my next scheduled oil change, but warned me that if I heard any odd noise to get the car in immediately. During that visit,wherever they were making the repair, it required them to get into the same area twice, but said since they were in there once they would only charge for labor one time. I paid the cashier and discovered they charged for same labor. I called Bob and he checked and he saw the error. I was reimbursed. I have worked with other dealers and never given the same quality of customer care or service. More
