John Collins has been "my" Service Advisor for about 10 years. I have worked with him when he was at Van Drisse Lincoln Mercury. I feel very comfortable with what he is telling me and that I'm not being told to do any more than what is needed to keep my car running at top shape. Dorsch is not the typical car dealer we used to hate many years ago. It is a very friendly, well light, comfortable facility. The service is what I expect, and the prices are very competitive. Recently I replaced my tires; after shopping around I found the best deal with brand-name tires at Dorsch. I trust my vehicle to their care, I got a free car wash coupon worth seven dollars, two dollars off from my last visit, and my next service is free: can't beat that. My service advisor John Collins was prompt, friendly and very helpful. Call me crazy, but I actually look forward to getting my car serviced at Dorsch. More

I ahd a recall notice and when I called to schedule the visit the service consultant knew exactly what I needed. The appointment was scheduled in 2 days. I was given a drive to work and was picked up when visit the service consultant knew exactly what I needed. The appointment was scheduled in 2 days. I brought my truck in to get my driver window looked at because I rolled it down and it wouldn't go back up. This was an issue that needed to be resolved quickly incase of rain and for the obvious fact, I because I rolled it down and it wouldn't go back up. This was an issue that needed to be resolved quickly incase of rain and for the obvious fact, I don't want my vehicle parked anywhere with the window wide open. I called and spoke with John Collins and he was able to get me in as early as I was able to get to the dealership the following day. I dropped my truck off the following day, came back after some running and the window works as though nothing had ever happened. I am quite impressed with the friendliness of the customer service and their ability to fit me in so quick. More

I went to Dorsch for 90K service on my vehicle. The service staff especially, John Collins, was very accommodating and friendly. Previously, I had my vehicle serviced at a dealer where I purchased the vehicle and became very unhappy after more than one sloppy service experiences.
