Yes, you are right. Your car should have been a priority. Unfortunately, we were hit by a "perfect Storm" of not enough employees due to sickness and unexpected vacation delays and too much walk-in traffic that was not scheduled. I did talk to Mr. Wilkie today and believe we have worked things out to his satisfaction. We are very sorry for the treatment his family received from us and hope we do better in the future.
