My Appointment Was Lost I made an appointment to have my oil changed at the Dorsch Ford Service Center. I even called on the day of the appointment to confirm it. I was very surprised when I arrived to learn that there was no record of the appointment in the computer. However, Brandon Van Iten saved the day by making room in the schedule so that my car could be worked on right then and saved me from having to make another appointment. clean, but concerned I only did an oil and filter change this time. I had a tire rotate done last time and was told the lug nuts were swollen and needed to be replaced nex I only did an oil and filter change this time. I had a tire rotate done last time and was told the lug nuts were swollen and needed to be replaced next time at $130 cost. I checked them with my tire wrench and sure enough, could not get the wrench on. Had I got a flat tire, I would have been stranded. Checking on the internet, I found that the cause of this is overtightening with an impact wrench. I bought a set of lugnuts for $110 and rotated the tires with my son and found one tire had 40# of air in it. So, I will no longer get my tires rotated at Dorsch. My son does it and hand torques them so that if I do have a flat, I can rest assured I can get the tire wrench on. Before this, I was satisfied with the service done on my car. I am now gun shy about tire rotation and tire replacement. More
