Bad service My car was brought there for them to fix I didn’t like the price of the estimate so I’ve been calling for 3 weeks trying to get them to get my car re My car was brought there for them to fix I didn’t like the price of the estimate so I’ve been calling for 3 weeks trying to get them to get my car ready to be towed to a new shop but my service advisor won’t pick up the phone or he won’t return any of my calls I’m pretty pissed off. Problems werent even found Went in to get an allignment done after they did it 6 months ago when i got new tires. Now my tires are chewed becauae the rear toe adjusters are shot Went in to get an allignment done after they did it 6 months ago when i got new tires. Now my tires are chewed becauae the rear toe adjusters are shot. On the original alignment 6 months ago they replaced things in the front end but failed to notice the the rear end also needed work. Now i need new tires and new toe adjusters. More
A very cold and unwelcoming place I have a company owned truck that I've been getting serviced at Dorsch for over 5 years. I am there for every oil change and any service work that gets done to my truck. I want to take great care of my truck because after the lease I get to own the truck. I realize that they are going to be more expensive because they are the dealer, but I would expect that to come with excellent service in a warm environment, but it's not. (1) I've been going there for over 5 years, since my truck was brand new, and I've dealt with the same service person, yet she has no idea who I am. Doesn't know my name or the vehicle that I drive. So instead of having a lasting relationship with her, I get the cold service that you get from someone that you meet for the first time, every time. (2) I don't like having to take my truck back in multiple times for the same problem. If I'm going to take time out of my day to take a service person for a ride to show them my issue, then I expect them to test it after they have attempted to fix it. I shouldn't notice the problem is still there when I pull out of their driveway. Not to mention when I bring it back in for the same problem, she tries to charge me for another inspection. (3) Cost - yes, they are a dealer, but that cost should reflect the service and experience that I receive, but it doesn't, they just charge more. More

Horrible service Went into the dealership to get my 2013 Lincoln MKZ worked on they gave me a loaner Lincoln that was very dirty it had bird xxxx all over the windows Went into the dealership to get my 2013 Lincoln MKZ worked on they gave me a loaner Lincoln that was very dirty it had bird xxxx all over the windows and when I told the service writer about it all they did was laugh about it. Then they called me and said my car was done and I went to pick it up they told me my car was out back go get it. My car was suppose to get washed after they worked on it and to my surprise it was not washed and it was very dirty. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy a car at Dorsch. More

Great Service Dorsch did exactly what they were supposed to do. Taryn went the extra mile to do the work to process my rebate on the tires that I purchased.
