Confused Chaos I want to believe this visit was a one-off but it was painful. First, it took some 35 minutes to get signed in, typically, 5 minutes and off you go t I want to believe this visit was a one-off but it was painful. First, it took some 35 minutes to get signed in, typically, 5 minutes and off you go to the customer lounge. Computer problems, wrong screens, missing appointment data all contributed to this issue. Once signed in, off to the lounge. Time to pick up the vehicle and rep told me he put the wrong windshield wiper blades on the care. The bait and switch tactic used here was...The web page gives you the ability to choose to have the wipers changed as part of the 75000-mile service for $19.95 but the rep put on a set that cost $15 more and apologized and agreed to change them but after 2-hours for the simple things needed to be serviced on the vehicle, I had enough. Like I said, hopefully, this was a one-off experience. Rep's name was Thomas who had to be asked for his name. More

I asked why they rotated my tires if the tire is unusable and I didn’t get an answer. I was told they would put the spare on for me until I could find a tire on my own or buy new tires and they never put the spare on. My bill was over $60.00 for an oil change. Excellent Dealership I purchased my vehicle from Dorsch & took it in for required repairs. Can not say the same today... feels like my transmission is going to drop out when it up shifts from 1st to 2nd and down shifts for 2nd to 1st... Dorsch Ford said there is nothing they can do... "Call Ford" this is a Ford issue, they only performed the recall notice. So I called Ford, Ford told me to call the dealership. I think they call this a "circle jerk"!!!... I had $40,000 truck that was perfectly fine.. 24 hours later, nobody would even buy it!! And Dorsch is not willing to help in any manner... They lost a customer and my chin music will sing load, clear and proud!! Stay away from Dorsch!!! If you are looking for a vehicle at the "REAL DEAL" there is reason they have a slogan.. If you do not have any honor or credibility, you need fluff along with a smoke and mirrors gimmick. Buyer be ware!!! More
