Poor customer service Ihad my explorer in to get some warranty work done and to fix an issue with the sync system. Upon dropping off my vehicle i wrote on the form that the Ihad my explorer in to get some warranty work done and to fix an issue with the sync system. Upon dropping off my vehicle i wrote on the form that they were supposed to contact me if the total amount was going to exceed $100. The first time i brought it in i asked them to look at the headlight alignment also. Iwas told there wasn't anything wrong with the headlight alignment. Ok. They fixed the warranty work. Then proceed to diagnose the issue with the sync system. Iwas told that may be covered by an extended warranty. Later iwas told that the party we needed wasn't going to be covered. He told me it was about $20 for the part and it would only take an hour or less to install when we bring it back. Great. Well, we brought it back and they had it fixed and when iasked how much the total was going to be it was almost $400! But I paid $100 last time for diagnosis it was down top almost $300. When we'r went top pick up the vehicle iasked for adetailed bill. When igot it, it showed a total of 3.42 hours. Iwas told one on the phone. Iasked for amanager and Mr. Dorsch the service manager came to help. He did avery poor job at explaining the bill and why iwas told one thing and charged for way more. Even the headlight alignment was on there that didn't have anything wrong with it. He argued with me for almost an hour before finally taking off the $64 for headlight alignment. Unfortunately, they've lost acustomer with 3 Ford vehicles. Itold the manager ididn't feel like i "won" anything. Im old fashioned iguess in thinking that a dealership's word would mean what it did 50 years ago when they opened. Poor business! More

Great service I called yesterday morning regarding a screw in my tire causing a leak. I was able to get an appointment the same morning. Brandon Van Iten was great I called yesterday morning regarding a screw in my tire causing a leak. I was able to get an appointment the same morning. Brandon Van Iten was great to work with as usual. Since the screw was in the sidewall of the tire they were able to fix it. Made my day a little happier. More
key fob service On 8-9 I had an appointment to have my key fobs reprogrammed at the dealership and found out the fobs weren't programming so I needed to order a new o On 8-9 I had an appointment to have my key fobs reprogrammed at the dealership and found out the fobs weren't programming so I needed to order a new one. I was told that I would get a call once it came in to set up an appointment. September 11th I finally called for I didn't recieve a call and was told that it was in and had an appointment set up for 9-18 @ 3:45pm for I'm driving up from Two Rivers. I drove up there to find out the fob was not in the building and it somehow get returned back and they would have to order it again which means I would have to drive back up. I was then reassured that working directly with Jon it would get taken care of and he would be my direct contact person. He then texted me 9-25 to let me know that the key has arrived. I texted back to confirm that the fob was what he ordered not a key for I didn't need a new key in which I never got a confirmed text back so I once again called 10-3 to set up my appointment for 10-9. I arrived for my appointment and told them that I have my 2 original fobs and to replace the batteries if needed because being told when they program the new one the others could be reprogrammed as well. My car was taken back for the programming and afterwards walking with Jon to pay for my service I was then told that the key which I didn't need was cut wrong and they would have to order a new one and send it to me in the mail ALONG with a new fob being ordered because he didn't realize the fob and key were separate not in one unit (so the fob was not even in the building just the key). I told them to just keep the new key instead of mailing it to me since I have to return a 3rd time. So now here i sit waitng for the fob to arrive at the dealership and how long is it gonna be this time. I originally paid for the key and now that I think about it why should I have to pay for a new key in which I don't even need but was told it was in with the fob. I'm going to request a refund for the purchase of the key since I only asked for a fob. I hate to be so negative and I understand people make mistakes but this is just unacceptable. Now I will have to drive back up a 4th time. I was honestly thinking about purchasing a new car in the future from them but after this fiasco I have decided to look elsewhere. More

Trouble with my touch screen Love Dorsch Ford! I bought my car from them in 2014 and have had it ever since. I always have it serviced with them either at Eaton Rd. or Linevill Love Dorsch Ford! I bought my car from them in 2014 and have had it ever since. I always have it serviced with them either at Eaton Rd. or Lineville Rd. locations and I am always taken care of with speed and courtesy. Came in for my regular oil change but was also having trouble with my touch screen. The Entertainment section would not come up. They had to resent the system but it works fine now. Henry Cobb was friendly and courteous even though I showed up from out of town a half hour early. Charges were not covered under my warranty but the bill was not bad regardless. Thanks again Dorsch. Had a little confusion with the secretary that I called initially to set up an appointment but caught it when they sent me an appointment confirmation email. More
