Been trying to get my car fixed at Dorsch since 11/20/19. They replaced a part, but never told me there were new issues. Brought the car back 11/29/19 & was told it needed another part & they would have the They replaced a part, but never told me there were new issues. Brought the car back 11/29/19 & was told it needed another part & they would have the part 12/2/19. A week later I called & was told the part was on back order. NOBODY BOTHERED YO LET ME KNOW. It is now 12/30/19. Still haven’t heard a word from them. Obviously they don’t care if I take my business to a competitor l. More

I visited Dorsch Ford east on 11/27 for an oil change and transmission service. From the time I pulled in to the time I left, I had exceptional service! I have been taking our vehicle to this service s and transmission service. From the time I pulled in to the time I left, I had exceptional service!
