Tom was great- super friendly and knowledgeable. I was skeptical to get an oil change and tire rotation amid the covid -19 but being overdue I didn’t want to wait much longer. Everyone was well equipped with PPE and the waiting room was sanitized multiple times in the 30 mins that I waited. I was very impressed with how they sanitized all parts of the vehicle that was touched and Tom explained additional services and recommended a motor additive that I was not aware of. Maintenence Came in for oil change and that morning before I left home my engine service light came on. When I took car there that day the oil change was done. Ma Came in for oil change and that morning before I left home my engine service light came on. When I took car there that day the oil change was done. Made an appointment for 2 days later because they did not have full maintanence staff due to the covid crissis. found out I had to have cabin air filters changed. Was give a loaner to use as they had only 1 Kia man there. Car was fixed by late afternoon. Evryrone was friendly and knowlegble. More
