Had service on my 2017 F150, Thomas Stinson was my adviser and I was completely satisfied with the whole process. He took the truck in before my scheduled time and had the truck back including the w adviser and I was completely satisfied with the whole process. He took the truck in before my scheduled time and had the truck back including the wash in about 50 minutes. The lounge was comfortable with WiFi available and soft drinks . Thomas was very thorough and explained everything. Couldn’t be happier. More

Tried to get emergency Service for my vehicle....no help! The service engine light went on. Need to have the vehicle for out of town guests. Totaled my car and cost me $2000 My daughters 6 month old 2020 KIA went there for a warranty repair and their tech totaled it on a test drive. Their insurance paid for the car, but not the mats or the winter tires and rims that she had bought and had just 3 months on them. They are of no use to her now that the car is totaled. It seems that Mike Dorsch doesn't want to do the right thing and cut a check for them, so she is out $2000 through no fault of her own. Not the best business practice! More

Regular oil change/maintenance I brought my Ford Escape in for an oil change, but had some questions on maintenance at certain mileages.
