Promptly greeted. Knew who I was when I opened my door to get out. Clearly Explained what was going to happen and what it would cost. Waiting area was spacious and clean. Free soda available. The worst experience. Waited 4 hours for an air filter, tire check and hose reattach. Got update after 3 hours. I think they forgot about me and moved others ahead. I had an appointment.
