The pricing is just outrageous! Cost me $246.00 to replace a battery and then another $100.00 to update snyc! Also got fuel this morning and gauges not working or updating. I bought the truck on 8-18-2018 including the express maintenance plan for 3 years at a cost of $595 added to my loan. The Dorsch Ford service guy told me it was only good for 7 oil and tire rotations so maintenance plan for 3 years at a cost of $595 added to my loan. The Dorsch Ford service guy told me it was only good for 7 oil and tire rotations so I had to pay for the oil change portion $38. Nowhere in the paperwork I have does it limit the number of oil changes, only a time limit of 3 years. I paid the $38 and left. For $595 and a limit of 7 oil/tire changes, that's a terrible but. That's my only comment all else ok. More
