I bought the truck on 8-18-2018 including the express maintenance plan for 3 years at a cost of $595 added to my loan. The Dorsch Ford service guy told me it was only good for 7 oil and tire rotations so maintenance plan for 3 years at a cost of $595 added to my loan. The Dorsch Ford service guy told me it was only good for 7 oil and tire rotations so I had to pay for the oil change portion $38. Nowhere in the paperwork I have does it limit the number of oil changes, only a time limit of 3 years. I paid the $38 and left. For $595 and a limit of 7 oil/tire changes, that's a terrible but. That's my only comment all else ok. More

Not impressed with a “simple oversight” which caused the windshield wipes and fluid to not work. Worst part, they worked just fine prior to vehicle service! One would think of you took something apart, you windshield wipes and fluid to not work. Worst part, they worked just fine prior to vehicle service!
