I made an appointment to get my tire checked it was losing air a lot. As soon as I arrived for my appointment the staff member came out to greet me welcomed me took my keys and check for mileage and he losing air a lot. As soon as I arrived for my appointment the staff member came out to greet me welcomed me took my keys and check for mileage and he also checked for the lights a number of things that I wouldn't have thought they would have done when I was in for a tire check. He let me know what he was doing and then when taking my information down to input he explained to me what might have to be done. After they took my vehicle he came out in a while and let me know what it cause the tires pressure, I had two nails in them. He let me know that they were fixable and I would not have to buy a new tire . He explained what they would be doing and balancing the tire and everything and the cost I would pay at the end. When my car was finished he came out and explained everything again what they had done and saw that I had reward points and utilize them to pay for this appointment. My car was washed very nice and I cannot say enough about the staff member who helped me. My thoroughly efficient, confident, professional and dress and style Thomas S is one everyone should ask for. I have never had problems with this dealership in the past. This time my assigned service department assistant was not competent to do his job. Week one I took the auto in for 60,000 mile work. The tech past. This time my assigned service department assistant was not competent to do his job. Week one I took the auto in for 60,000 mile work. The technician noticed a leak in the water pump and the power take unit (PTU). I was asked to leave the auto overnight so they could get the part in and do all of the work at once. I was called and told the part did not arrive, so I should take the auto home until next week.(No auto for two work days.) No call on Monday. I called on Tuesday, no return call. On Thursday at approximately 6:30 am I received a voice mail to bring it in at 7 am to get the work done. I was working out of town and did not see the message until midday. I called on Friday and did not get a return call. I called on Saturday and left a message that I would bring the car in Monday after work. No call to say no. I dropped it off on Monday after work. I called on Tuesday, no return call. I called on Wednesday and was told no technician available, but it will be done Thursday. I said I needed the vehicle on Thursday afternoon to work out of town. He said he would talk to the technician. He called back and asked me to return his call. I called back and he was gone. A different assistant called back and offered a loaner (I was never allowed to speak to a different assistant until this time).Wednesday evening I picked up the loaner from the efficient employee. I was told I would receive a call from the original assistant on Thursday. No call by 3 pm, so I called. He said he did not know the status of the work order, but would call me back. He called back and left a message stating it would be finished tomorrow. I was called by original assistant Friday morning and told the vehicle was ready to pick-up. Friday after work I returned the loaner and got my vehicle back. (Four more work days without my auto. ) Again, the competent assistant was there to process the return of the loaner. Again, this is not the usual service from Dorsch, but it was an awful experience. I know it is difficult to find qualified staff. However, it should not have taken so long for Dorsch to get another employee in to fix the problem. More

Dorsch Ford always knows how to fix the problem with my vehicles. Five stars for Rob Brosig for his friendly and knowledgeable help in getting my 2010 Ford Escape fixed at a reasonable price.
