I brought my 2019 kia in for service on 4/13/22, service invoice number 53162. The work was done and I was very satisfied with that. However, it being a 3 hour they forgot I was waiting, I had to go ask if invoice number 53162. The work was done and I was very satisfied with that. I believe service is 50% of the sales. My service needs began in January of 2021 when my 2016 Kia Sorento being using oil at just a hair over 100,000 miles. From the time of the oil consumption test I deal began in January of 2021 when my 2016 Kia Sorento being using oil at just a hair over 100,000 miles. From the time of the oil consumption test I dealt with a couple of issues of poor customer service and poor communication by the service manager. At that time I spoke to the service department manager and explained my concerns. The engine finally went out on the car and it was covered under the factory warranty so I was able to get a new engine. I have since still been dealing with the service manager on a reimbursement issue. I have sent voicemail message and email both several weeks apart giving him time to answer me. To this date he has not contacted me. I guess I will go to kia and see if I can get some response from them. If you are having car warranty issues or concerns that will need attention I do not recommend Dorsch's service center More
