Service was fabulous. When I pulled in I was immediately greeted, and the lady had a mat to put down immediately into the car. She also directed me to my service tech Sam. When I pulled in I was immediately greeted, and the lady had a mat to put down immediately into the car. She also directed me to my service tech Sam. Sam was waiting for me, went over with me again what would be taken care of with my vehicle approximately how long it would take and when it would be ready, and very politely showed me where I would be able to wait while the service was being conducted. She later contacted me. There was a small issue that she resolved, wonderfully and in good time. Sam was a pleasure to work with. More
