I had to bring my vehicle in 5 times before they finally fixed the issue with my van’s sliding door. Communication with the service manager was awful. He didn’t call or message me all day stating that my ve fixed the issue with my van’s sliding door. Communication with the service manager was awful. He didn’t call or message me all day stating that my vehicle wasn’t finished, and I didn’t get my van back until the following day! (I even called and left a message asking for an update on my vehicle, and he never called back). I will not be bringing my vehicle into their service department again. More
