He and Bill checked things out and assured me the little bit of damage underneath was not a serious problem. I appreciate the honest evaluation and advice. Rick who sold us the van has been very helpful and available for questions and Steve spent a couple of hours with us when we picked up the van to explain all the new technology in it compared to my old 2001 van. I was a little worried going with a large dealer versus a smaller dealer but so far the staff here from sales to service have been very helpful and thorough. More
Service department Tom did an excellent job coordinating my tire rotation with my oil change as I was not able to get it scheduled over the phone at the same time. It was a huge timesaver for me as I have to drive quite a bit for work and scheduling two separate appointments is difficult on the work schedule and Home schedule. He also went over everything at the end , was very thorough , answered my questions, and was very honest about everything with me and I really appreciate that! And I thought my bill would be more than it was because I was at a dealership , but I was pleasantly surprised that it was super competitive...plus it is “The RealDe and they demonstrated that to me !! I want to thank you Tom Stinson and thank you Dorsch Ford!! More

Poor customer service Ihad my explorer in to get some warranty work done and to fix an issue with the sync system. Upon dropping off my vehicle i wrote on the form that the Ihad my explorer in to get some warranty work done and to fix an issue with the sync system. Upon dropping off my vehicle i wrote on the form that they were supposed to contact me if the total amount was going to exceed $100. The first time i brought it in i asked them to look at the headlight alignment also. Iwas told there wasn't anything wrong with the headlight alignment. Ok. They fixed the warranty work. Then proceed to diagnose the issue with the sync system. Iwas told that may be covered by an extended warranty. Later iwas told that the party we needed wasn't going to be covered. He told me it was about $20 for the part and it would only take an hour or less to install when we bring it back. Great. Well, we brought it back and they had it fixed and when iasked how much the total was going to be it was almost $400! But I paid $100 last time for diagnosis it was down top almost $300. When we'r went top pick up the vehicle iasked for adetailed bill. When igot it, it showed a total of 3.42 hours. Iwas told one on the phone. Iasked for amanager and Mr. Dorsch the service manager came to help. He did avery poor job at explaining the bill and why iwas told one thing and charged for way more. Even the headlight alignment was on there that didn't have anything wrong with it. He argued with me for almost an hour before finally taking off the $64 for headlight alignment. Unfortunately, they've lost acustomer with 3 Ford vehicles. Itold the manager ididn't feel like i "won" anything. Im old fashioned iguess in thinking that a dealership's word would mean what it did 50 years ago when they opened. Poor business! More
