Good afternoon. I'm sorry you had such a negative experience, but I would be happy to over your service work. When you originally came in on 8/29 you had the toe link recall performed and a diagnosis for your inoperative USB ports, Navigation SD card, and audio jacks. On that day, we performed an hour diagnosis and found we needed to order a cable assembly to fix your concern. You were quoted an extra hour of labor plus a $30.76 part. You are correct that the technician did work on your vehicle for 3.42 hours. However, you were only charged two hours because that's what you were originally quoted. Essentially, the one hour diagnosis on 8/29 plus the extra hour to replace the cable assembly on 10/16, totals two hours. We would never overcharge our customers after the original quote. Also, your driver side headlight was out of alignment and we did in fact adjust it back. You also stated you were overcharged $100. The $100 was your prepay for the diagnosis on 8/29. It showed on your bill as a prepay and was deducted from the total you owed yesterday. I hope this was able to help.
