Thomas Stinson was an excellent representative of Dorsch! This was our first time coming in for service at Dorsch and Thomas Stinson made us feel very special. He was right there as we got out of the car, greeted us, answered a question about the car my husband asked, ushered us to the desk and walked us through the whole process with price, time, etc. Answered all our questions professionally and in a friendly way. oil change and paint Drop had a 10:10 am for oil change and paint protection. Short story is called at 3:30 pm said not done my be should be done at 5:00pm and still was Drop had a 10:10 am for oil change and paint protection. Short story is called at 3:30 pm said not done my be should be done at 5:00pm and still wasn't done. Just glad only got one more paint protection to go. Went to get it the vehicle and saw cold like it been sitting outside and not inside getting oil change. By the way I don't know if I got my oil change anyway, still has the other dealership sticker on wind shied for old oil change. But charge for it. If want pictures can post So never have to go there again. More

I came in for an oil change and Tom Stinson greeted me and was very helpful. He told me how long it would take and kept me informed.
