We bought our Kia Telluride from Dorsch in 2021. They were great throughout the ordering and purchasing process and have been great at taking care of us after the purchase as well. We have had to have warranty and recall work done on the vehicle and they have been excellent at accommodating our schedule, allowing us to use loaner vehicles, and completing the work in a timely manner. The service advisors are very knowledgeable, and in the case of our most recent visit are willing to take the extra time to make sure that we are completely satisfied with the work that was performed. I drove from 6. 5 hours to look at a vehicle, spoke to the same salesperson 3 times before driving over, had an appointment and was given to a new salesperson who had 5 hours to look at a vehicle, spoke to the same salesperson 3 times before driving over, had an appointment and was given to a new salesperson who had no knowledge of the vehicle (hybrid model). Website description was also inaccurate. We were told paperwork would take 15-20 minutes, but waited over an hour with no explanation of the wait. Initial trade in offer was a slap in the face (had the vehicle appraised by another dealer prior). They did have a large selection and the venue was nice and clean. More
