I was searching the area about 40 miles around Appleton for a quality used, mid-sized SUV. When I went to the Dorsch site I was immediately connected with internet specialist Nel Johnson. Nel was exception for a quality used, mid-sized SUV. When I went to the Dorsch site I was immediately connected with internet specialist Nel Johnson. Nel was exceptional in sincerely trying to help us find the vehicle we wanted-when she did we were happy to come to the beautiful dealership in east Green Bay to view the car. From then on we worked with Cory Fuhrman of their staff. We were shown and drove the 2019 Ford Explorer XLT that became ours. Cory Fuhrman is an exceptional, salesman and a great person. From start to finish, it was the easiest car buying experience I have had. Pat was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and gave us some great tips on things to look at in doin experience I have had. I believe service is 50% of the sales. My service needs began in January of 2021 when my 2016 Kia Sorento being using oil at just a hair over 100,000 miles. From the time of the oil consumption test I deal began in January of 2021 when my 2016 Kia Sorento being using oil at just a hair over 100,000 miles. From the time of the oil consumption test I dealt with a couple of issues of poor customer service and poor communication by the service manager. At that time I spoke to the service department manager and explained my concerns. The engine finally went out on the car and it was covered under the factory warranty so I was able to get a new engine. I have since still been dealing with the service manager on a reimbursement issue. I have sent voicemail message and email both several weeks apart giving him time to answer me. To this date he has not contacted me. I guess I will go to kia and see if I can get some response from them. If you are having car warranty issues or concerns that will need attention I do not recommend Dorsch's service center More
