I traded in my 85 yr old Father's Equinox (he passed away from covid 1 yr ago) & upgraded for my Mom to a more comfortable ride, the Lincoln. Watching Pablo put my Dad's old plates onto our new MKC was very emotional but Pablo was very kind with his words. I really appreciated that! He was just a very sweet gentle young man. My Dad took excellent care of his Equinox & I felt like I was leaving a piece of him behind, here at Dorsch. Maybe whomever buys it will know how much my Dad loved his Equinox & how he babied it & a little bit of the back story behind it now. The actual process of the loan didn't take more then 20 min. or so. Also, we received a such a good price on the Equinox that they saved us a trip back to Rhinelander where we were going to sell it outright to another dealer up there! They basically matched our going selling price. I couldn't ask for anything better! I am very happy with how it all went & would recommend to anyone wanting a good affordable price on a new used vehicle to go to DORSCH! More
