A little bait and switch. I've been looking for KIA EV6. These things are like trying to buy a tickle me elmo in 1996, everyone has to have it. After researching and watching I've been looking for KIA EV6. These things are like trying to buy a tickle me elmo in 1996, everyone has to have it. After researching and watching multiple reviews I went searching for one near me. Dorsch was the closest that had one in transit, no one has them in stock. The website indicated two cars coming in, both GT-Line models. One was listed at $53,785 and the other was over $57,000. I emailed to make sure the one listed for $53,785 was indeed a GT-Line line model. I received an email from Vince Rosinsky confirming that it was indeed a GT-Line model. This was on a Saturday and I gave them a debit card(not credit card) number as required to make a non-refundable down payment. On Monday when it was time to sign the sales contract and charge my debit card I was informed that the the model I would be purchasing was a Wind model and not the GT-Line model as advertised. They are very similar with the Wind having features. Seeing as how it's not even possible to test drive one I was not comfortable putting non refundable money down on the lesser vehicle. I waited until Tuesday and was getting pressure to make the deposit as people were lined up to by the car. If there's not problem with selling the car why does the deposit have to be non refundable? I asked about the incorrect information on the website, not much was said only that it was a mistake. To sum it up my interaction with Dorsch was not favorable. More

This was the best experience that I have ever had buying a new vehicle. Tom worked with us with our best interests in mind. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford F150 truck and all of it's features. a new vehicle. Tom worked with us with our best interests in mind.
