You guys suck! Sat there 3 hours with no update! Then car had to stay overnight! Then our truck was there and nothing done in 3 hours, then said they can't do any Sat there 3 hours with no update! Then car had to stay overnight! Then our truck was there and nothing done in 3 hours, then said they can't do anything! But we asked for a recall to be done and new keyfob....none was done! Unreal! Completely wasted vacation day for me!!!! More
