On 5/16/2022 I came to Dorsch Ford East Side to look at a 2017 Explorer which I saw online. I was greeted by the two ladies at the desk in the lobby. I told them I was here to see a vehicle I’d seen on line. 2017 Explorer which I saw online. I was greeted by the two ladies at the desk in the lobby. I told them I was here to see a vehicle I’d seen on line. They told me they would get #1. That was Vince Rosinsky and he certainly lived up to #1. Vince was my salesman who from the first moments made me feel at home and walked me through the process after we looked at the Explorer I was interested in. I was given a tour of Dorsch and was told about all the services they provide. Given the option of coffee or other beverages when we sat to discuss the purchase. This transaction was seamless! Vince introduced me to Brad in Finance to get the ball rolling with my CU. Now on 05/18/2022 we arrived to pick up the Explorer. Vince had this vehicle exquisitely prepared for my wife and I. He took us through all the options the vehicle has and explained them. Totally satisfied. They gave us a coupon for a future service. If anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle I recommend the #1 salesperson at Dorsch Ford East. Vince Rosinsky. This vehicle looked like it just rolled off the show room floor.
