We were very satisfied with the professional sales team at Dorsch Kia in Green Bay. We took a walk through the sales lot to check out different vehicles by sitting in them to test the comfort- size level. We were happy with the size of the car but it will take me some practice to get in on the driver’s side due to a knee issue of mine. After going for a test drive it was easy to see what people were talking about. It was smooth driving and riding. I felt safe behind the wheel and after asking more questions to both Steph and George, a deal was in order! Every person we came in contact with was awesome and well qualified. The following day when we picked up the Telluride, Nick in the Business Office moved the sale along with ease. George and Steph continued explaining all of the controls and provided us with the car manual for reassurance. Then the keys were handed over and we were on our way! I was so thankful they took my car in right away. The check engine light was on and the Tim was replaced under recall. The customer service was great. They pulled my car up for me which was wonderful The check engine light was on and the Tim was replaced under recall. The customer service was great. They pulled my car up for me which was wonderful since I am disabled. The only thing I was disappointed in was I had my car in a year ago for shuttering when I drove and at that time thought it was the Tim and they said they didn’t get a reading on that and told me it was the clutches. I did not have them replaced. Now that the TCM has been replaced all issues including the shuttering is gone. I had to pay 200 hundred for the diagnostic when it was the TCM causing the shuttering. I would come to Dorsch ford again due to the great customer service I received this last time. More
